Set up of email accounts and storage allocation on Microsoft Exchange Server. Implementing, executing and testing backup and disaster recovery procedures. Involved with typical end user support including hardware and software installation as well as trouble shooting and new equipment installation. Configuring and maintaining of network printers & copiers. maintaining and supporting a multi-site VoIP phone system

Responsible for all voice and data equipment/systems for the Chicago region. Maintained user accounts in a Microsoft Windows multi-domain environment, managed Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server. Managed daily support and help desk operations for over 150 workstations in a LAN/WAN environment which included a corporate office / warehouse and 16 retail locations. Acted as Systems Administrator/Engineer for all voice and telephone systems, including Nortel Option 11 with Meridian Mail, Nortel Norstar, and Lucent/Avaya systems. Responsible for scheduling and time management for multiple custom home installation crews. Worked as a liaison between the sales staff, the custom installation crew, and our customer.
