Premium Network ServicesStarted the PNS team in Lisbon to give Premium support to the most important customers of the company for example Goldman Sachs, Axa Insurances and Thomson Reuters. PNS is a 1st and 2nd level support and assurance team that manages the Global connectivity of corporations worldwide.Technology wise it ranges from PDH to DWDM and everything in between in what transmission is concerned and both Cisco and Juniper routers for Data. IPVPN, Ethernet private networks, configuration of services, bespoke solutions and Modular network solutions.PNS team is specialized of providing a customer care of excellence where engineers are both the help desk and the technical team. Customer expect excellence in both care and technical skills.

In Vodafone Spain started the first transmission team in A-NOC Portugal where I'm responsible for the monitoring of various kinds of transmission (Fixed & Radio) for Backbone, Core and RAN wich included all the Vodafone Spain network equipments (Ericsson, Alcatel, Lucent, Siemens & Huawei). Our team was also responsible for the infra of all the big Core Centers in Vodafone Spain, dealing with the incident and following field engineers work.- CPN- DWDM- ATM \ IP- DSLAM- PDH \ SDH- VPN- IMSAfter one year at the monitoring position, i started exercising functions of Team Leader, which consists in building schedules for the whole team, manage it and change it as needed. Was also the representative of my team with their company.
