Developed the long term strategic direction of the bank channel for Russell Investments Private Client Services. Identified and created strategic relationships to grow bank channel assets for the firm. Originated and built the retail bank channel within Russell Investments. Hired a team and on boarded over 16 new retail bank broker/dealer clients and grew assets to over $4.5 Billion. Represented the firm as a featured speaker for Women and Investing.

Recruited, hired, and managed a district of 30+ Financial Consultants in the WA/ID market. Led this team to become the #1 producing region within US Bancorp Investments.

Managed and grew account relationships with client firms within the Financial Institutions Division. Created and implemented business plans; Helped clients with product/pricing decisions. Leveraged internal resources to deliver superior customer service and value added services. Negotiated selling agreements and budget spending with clients. Managed the #1 client for the firm, Washington Mutual, and led this account to deliver over $100m in sales each year.

Directed the broker dealer for this $160 Billion dollar financial services company. Managed 4 regional sales managers directly, and 21 district sales managers, and 550 financial consultants indirectly. Integrated 4 separate broker dealers into WM Financial Services. Directed the licensed bank employee program.Served on the Board of WM Financial Services and participated in regular WM Group of Funds Board meetings. Delivered a profit margin of 35% and grew net revenues to over $100 million during my tenure.

Directed the retail and private client services investment sales program for the SouthWest Region. Managed 4 regional sales managers and 80 financial consultants. Increased revenues as much as 25% year over year during my tenure.
