Recruiting:• I function as the Sr. Technical Recruiter (lead) for Trimech. I am responsible not only for being the lead on most recruiting projects, but also for developing/mentoring Jr. and entry-level recruiters.• Responsible for qualifying and assigning reqs to recruiting staff• In addition to technical positions, I am also tasked at recruiting on miscellaneous projects/reqs such as: CFO/Controllers, Aircraft Mechanics, Engineering Technicians, QA Lab Technicians, Technical Sales Engineers, Operations Managers, Project Managers, and occasional IT positions• Expert at salary/compensation negotiation and candidate qualification.• I utilize a number of tools in the recruitment process such as Maxhire CRM, Internet Job boards, Referrals, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Free Board postings, Blog Postings, Etc.• I am tasked with recruiting on special projects such as critical internal positions and short term projects.Account Management:• Technical sales manager for SW VA territory, Tidewater VA territory, West Virginia, Western Maryland (2007-2009), Pittsburgh (Jan 2011-Present).• Increased business in a struggling territory from <100K Gross profit in 2006 to 195K in 2007 and 295K in 2008.• Job requires extensive travel, an average of 600 miles of business travel per week.• Negotiate contracts and placement rates with clients, at the CxO, executive level and technical manager level• I take a consultative approach with clients/prospects to determine if they need our services and what caliber of talent they need• I am also responsible for training 2 Sales Account Managers in the Richmond office (2011)• Function as project manager for small engineering and design projects.• Was tasked in 2008 with establishing office in Philadelphia area. Helped in getting the office off the ground while still actively building my VA territory.
