I have 15+ years’ experience solving multidisciplinary problems for businesses from large enterprises to SME’s. Having previously built and lead an IT Operational Security team monitoring global operations, testing, deploying, tuning and managing tools for SIEM, Vulnerability Management, File Integrity Management, Data Classification, Data Leakage Prevention, etc. I got involved in supervising a PhD R&D project utilizing machine learning technologies for network security situational awareness. I have also spent time on dedicated software development projects porting software between platforms and working with kernel mode device drivers and more recently I have delivered web front ends to MySQL data using WaveMaker.I am a detail oriented professional with a strong ability to focus in on the areas that drive the overall solution and I enjoy bringing together multiple technologies or steams needed to deliver the vision.I have an honours degree in Electronic Engineering specialising in Optical Telecommunications and a Technician Engineering Diploma in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications.
