Program ManagerSystems Engineer for LM6000 Platform. HPC Module owner responsible for field fix, new program improvement and reliability projects for Marine and Industrial gas turbine engine fleet. Responsible for planning, budgeting and execution of numerous field fix programs from root cause, solution development and evaluation, through fielding of the solution in the fleet and tracking improvement. Reduced product cost through cost out workshops, developing a pipeline of projects with cost/benefit analysis for program selection. Leading the programs through design, to rollout at new make, repair shop and depot implementation.Facilitator of the LM6000 Technical Program Reviews, Leveraging expertise and capturing lessons learned to ensure requirements, quality and safety of the product are maintained.• Led multiple reliability, cost reduction and product improvement projects for LM6000 fleet with budgets of $1.7MM per year.• Introduced fast track process to reduce cycle time of Root Cause Analysis by 4 weeks• Introduce Technical Review process improvements to reduce review time and improve acceptance rate.Condition Based Maintenance Program Leader Responsible for developing and executing a pipeline of projects to reduce the depot overhaul costs and extend maintenance intervals of the Gas Turbine Services Fleet based on operating profile and condition. Developed and led condition based evaluations of fleet hardware to extend scheduled maintenance intervals. Worked with engineering to revise acceptability limits in order to reduce overhaul workscope. Used improve borescope inspection tools to reduce inspection cost and capture data for future engineering analysis.• Led 2 cost out workshops with global engineering team at overhaul depot identifying $1MM in cost out projects• Worked with design and reliability to extend overhaul maintenance intervals based on condition during scheduled inspections to reduce the Fleet life cycle cost by $1.5MM.
