I managed the following projects:- Redesign of account opening system for business accounts with creation of BackOffice digital platform: I applied agile methodology and was responsible for two project cells of the digital transformation structuring program. In the beginer phase I was responsible for supervising a team of 40 people in the survey and definition of requirements and business rules, structuring the project plan and schedule. I supervisioned the definition of the use of Salesforce platform in bank follow-up, unpublished in Brazil. In the second phase, we improved the structure. I was the project manager responsible for the deliveries of process improvements identified in Kaizen methodology that brought the company's profits to around R$ 15 million;- Compliance with the legal demand of the Credit Chamber, version 2.0 - responsible for meeting the legal demand imposed by the regulatory agency in the creation of the new Financial Assets Registrar system which is operated by CIP and allows Financial Institutions and Investment Funds to register their credit contracts with theirs customers. The management was performed according to PMBOK practices with the challenge of integrating the newly acquired JV platform. The project had a date of implantation predefined by the regulator, bringing risk to the operations;- Creation of tax payment functionality for fleet customers - I coordinated the business, engineering and development teams in the definition of a solution inserted in the internet banking and integrated to the public agencies that enabled the final customer to register and administer the vehicles of his fleet, search and debit in batch.

I used to analyze systems, documenting the requirements / rules of business / prototypes. i was responsible to a factory management and follow-up of development / tests/ homologation and system implementation of expansion from controling tasks and pending for external offices in the legal system of the bank Itaú Unibanco, expanding access to ancillary services offices and specialists;- I was the Analyst responsible for the project of migration of 150 thousand processes in the legal system that required analysis and reverse engineering to survey specific standards by area with migration division in waves/batch;- I Developed a module for registering online help documents in a legal system with a distribution algorithm and a knowledge maintenance module that enabled Itaú's legal entity to create a knowledge base and manual maintenance rules for outside offices;- I worked in updating in the support of legal systems, implantations and systemic failures and resolution of problems in the productive environment.

- I worked as a WEB Systems Developer, performing maintenance on ASP systems, dot.net 1.1, 3.5 and 4.0, being responsible for the operability in authorization system used throughout Brazil by Unimeds; medical scheduling systems, and biometric authentication control tuning for 64-bit versions of windows.- I used to do documentation of use cases , business rules, class diagrams and deployment diagrams.- Applied SCRUM methodology to conduct the activities of the projects, acting as team member.- Main results: creation of mechanism that allowed the sending of multiple transactions via XML, done previously in a unitary way and that generated considerable cost for the client.
