With over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, I have developed a strong expertise in IT strategy, data center, disaster recovery, and requirements analysis.I have also successfully delivered multiple IT projects across different technical areas, such as help desk, application development, database administration, imaging, automation, application implementation and management, network implementation and management, and data and system integration. Some of the tools and technologies I use include Cisco, UCS, servers, SD-WAN, VOIP, telephony, VMWare, SQL, SOQL, Active Directory, Group Policy, Salesforce, PowerShell, JavaScript, and jQuery.
