In the Revenue Management and Business Analytics department, my responsibilities include:• Setting clear business requirements to align with company objectives;• Coordinating communication between teams and stakeholders;• Overseeing and executing projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals;• Extracting insights from complex data for informed decision-making;• Producing reports on customer profiles, sales, and business performance, supporting data-driven strategies.Main projects:• TNT Express integration into FedEx: managing customer selection and migration strategy to move TNT Express customers into FedEx services and Pricing systems;• Enablement of FedEx services in Enterprise Pricing Systems.

In the Commercial Specialty Tires division of the factory, the purpose of my internship consisted in:• Defining a maintenance methodology for the inspection of equipment of a new tire construction unit in the Commercial Specialty Tires division;• Improving maintenance procedures to minimize the downtime of the production unit and enhance the quality of the final product.

• Creation of designs for the advertisement of events provided by the student's assotiation AGE-i-FEUP.
