Lead the the development efforts and support for various B2B eCommerce experiences

Responsible for the development and management of InComm's B2C eCommerce experience for various brands. Managed a team of 10-15 software and quality engineers, developing applications using Spring boot microservices and Magento eCommerce.

Led the development team and efforts for My Verizon, the online customer experience for Verizon Wireless. I had primary responsibility for our landing page experiences, sales and personalized campaigns, content management, implementation of new technology stacks (microservices based on Netflix OSS, ATG/Endeca based targeting) and experiences for our high-volume, cloud ready application. My team consisted of 10-15 highly skilled engineers, distributed across the US and globally.

Member of Verizon Wireless' eCommerce development organization. Responsible for project initiation in eChannels areas, specifically online chat for sales and customer service, as well as the support website, global navigation, and self-serve and assisted web metrics and analysis. Also part of the solution architecture team to define and translate business requirements into development tasks while assisting and helping lead project delivery.
