In this role I was responsible for directly managing all aspects of the Genesis Market Rep operations for Genesis, including developing the initial Genesis retailer network strategy.

The core mission of the Regional Carflow department is to accurately forecast & allocate the new vehicle production volumes in the Infiniti West Region. I directly manage all aspects of the regional new vehicle production & distribution including the following activities:- Monthly forecasting of ~3k-4k new vehicle units across the Infiniti vehicle line-up.- Running monthly new dealer allocations for the West Region retailers, and coordinating the "build-to" specs of new vehicles each month.- Handle all regional communications to Infiniti retailers & field team members specific to Distribution & Carflow related activities- Work very closely with Infiniti's port shipping & logistics partner, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, to ensure timely & efficient new vehicle deliveries to Infiniti retailers- Extensive Microsoft Excel skills required within this position

The core mission of the Market Representation department was to improve upon and expand the existing Infiniti Retailer network in the Western Region. I directly managed the regional market rep activities in the Western region, including:- Overseeing the creation and execution of Retailer "franchise" agreement documents- Locating area's of growth within the West regions territory, reviewing Market Studies, and growing the network in alignment with the studies - Managing the Infiniti Facility Brand Design Program ("IREDI"), and overseeing "soup-to-nuts" the improvement of a dealership facility in alignment with Brand Standards- Experience working with a number of outside automotive vendors including Turner & Townsend CBRE, Urban Science & Polk

I was responsible for calling on a variety of single point, non-metro Infiniti retailers from 2006 - 2009 across the state of California. In 2009, I relocated to our Houston market in 2009 and called on Infiniti retailers in major metro locations such as Houston, San Antonio, Austin & New Orleans.
