In 2019, Core acquired SADA's Microsoft division and began a new chapter for our professional services team. We grew from 3 senior change consultants to 5, increased our service playbook for Microsoft Teams and the Modern Workplace, and expanded organizational effectiveness offerings leveraging Workplace Analytics and Power BI. At the request of our COO in 2020, I am building a customer success management practice to better serve our clients, secure recurring revenue, and maximize customer lifetime value. I was brought on to support learning and development for the initiative to migrate Yahoo sales globally to the Bing Ads platform and transform them into Yahoo/Bing evangelists. We are talking A HUGE PROJECT. We implemented multiple strategies for the delivery of e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning. I designed, developed and delivered training programs for advertiser and publisher sales teams in every region of the world, and I personally managed the global API track. In the end, the project met or exceeded all executive scorecard metrics and completed in March 2014. I had a great ride there, and I miss my fellow Yahoos.

RKN is a small business specializing in Web Design. I came aboard to build out their SEO and SEM services including market analysis, keyword research, account management, and campaign optimization. I also had a few occasions to develop cost-effective video and multimedia campaigns to support RKN's email and social media marketing efforts. I continue to recommend Kristy and Ron Nutall - they can do it all and do it right.

JCI is an international leadership development organization. I met my wife April in the org in 1999 and was pretty hooked from there. I went through the JCI Trainer Certification for facilitation in 1999, then for instructional design and quality assurance in 2008, and I served as a Training Vice President training and developing other trainers. Overall, I must have delivered over 100 hours of project management, membership, and business strategy training. And I met some of the best people across the state and the world. I spent a short time at The Signal working to develop the multimedia video and Web solutions division under Paul de la Cerda.

I was promoted to the training team to develop and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for Yahoo US sales and customer service. We implemented a strategy to convert instructor-led training programs to blended e-learning. This ended up reducing time to function by 30% and scaled training operations for additional sales offices nationwide.

I was hired to support inbound advertiser inquiries for Overture US client services. A year later, Yahoo bought the company, and I was promoted to the Executive Desk, a second-tier team that resolved escalated complaints on behalf of Yahoo senior management. Apparently this gave me some visibility, as I was awarded the Yahoo Super Star in 2004 for embodying the corporate values of “Teamwork, Excellence, Innovation, Customer Fixation, Community, and Fun.”
