• Act as Controller, Head of FP&A and Finance of one the companies under Piemonte’smanagement (a multinational in the shipbuilding and ship repair sector, focused in the Oil&Gasindustry), responsible for coordination and supervision of all back office routines, including, but nolimited to Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, HR and Payroll departments;• Responsible for preparing and reviewing the entire annual budget process and quarterly reviews(reforecasts) to report to the international headquarter, including CAPEX and OPEX, revenue and cashflow control and projections (short and long term);• Preparation of ad hocs and monthly reports for the international board, including monitoring ofspecial projects to increase revenue;

Providing key financial reporting and cost control for all projects maximising financial performance. Forecasting and budgeting focused on cost reduction. Coordination of accounting and finance projects.
