I am an experienced commercial technology lawyer that has advised local and international commercial organisations (including US based companies) in range of industries (including IT and Tech, manufacturing, logistics, franchising and consumer goods), government entities; professional bodies; and charities, in relation to commercial and corporate transactions, regulatory compliance and strategic initiatives throughout the Asia Pacific region for both vendors and customers. My experience includes:- drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements from low value to large and complex cross-regional, multi-party arrangements including outsourcing and systems integration, software development and licensing and subscription agreements to general terms and conditions of service and other commercial transaction contracts including standard form contracts;- advising on major and complex projects, including new products and services, digital transformation and disruption management, outsourcing, company strategy changes, system integration projects, network infrastructure projects, and corporate restructures;- regulatory compliance including privacy and GDPR compliance, regulatory audits, (including privacy audits), licencing requirements in various industries, industry codes of conduct, and corporate policy creation, implementation and enforcement; - general corporate and commercial advice including new company start-ups, joint ventures, the sale, purchase and restructure of companies; - intellectual property matters, comprising advice, drafting and negotiation of arrangements dealing with the ownership, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property of all kinds.
