After many years of experience developing human resources IT solutions for individual companies, I recognized that there did not exist a robust Enterprise class HRMS in the Swiss market using new technologies. As result of this observation in 2000 I formed Adequasys SA based in Geneva Switzerland which developed Allegro HRMS that could be bought off the shelf initially by Swiss based companies and configured to their specific needs. After the introduction of Allegro HRMS to the Swiss market Adequasys enjoyed success in the Financial Services sector as well as in Manufacturing or Public Services.
