Sat as a member of the Constitutional Working Group appointed under the Hong Kong Rugby Board. The group's purpose was to review and propose amendments to the HK Rugby constitution. The new constitution was approved at an EGM in 2022, and the first independent directors (a key part of the reforms) were appointed in early 2023.

Associate Solicitor in the White Collar and Securities Litigation department. Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of Hong Kong in June 2012. My practice includes assisting clients with financial and shareholder/ securities disputes, and with investigations by Financial Services Regulators (in particular the Securities and Futures Commission). I have a special focus on disputes with cross-border elements.I have appeared in Court numerous times and enjoy the occasions I am on my feet, advocating my client's position. Advocacy is not limited to the Court room, however. I consider every communication, whether in correspondence, on the telephone or in person, an opportunity to advance my client's interests with counterparties, other adverse or neutral parties, and regulators.

Trainee in Allen & Overy's London and Luxembourg offices, including seats in Litigation, Transactional Banking, Competition and Corporate Law. Placements included a Judicial Assistantship (clerkship) to Hon. Mr. Justice David Richards of the High Court of England & Wales and six months working in the Luxembourg office (predominantly speaking French).From March 2006, Associate in Allen & Overy's Litigation department, working from the London, Hong Kong and Bangkok offices. My practice focussed on cross-border disputes, specialising in complex financial transactions (including derivative product and private wealth disputes), corruption allegations and cross-border arbitration advice. My litigation experience in London was complemented by a short-term secondment to the Derivative & Hybrid Products team of a global financial institution. In November 2008, I relocated to Asia working in Hong Kong and subsequently Bangkok.
