My company specializes in waterproofing for existing homes, new homes, and commercial construction. I thrive on doing specialty work that requires patience and thought. We are the company that people go to when no one else will take the job or cannot handle the job. I love to take on a challenge, and love to see a happy customer when a job is finished. Warm and Dry is one of the oldest associate members in the Toledo HBA and a BBB member.In 2012 I bought out my brother’s share of Tri State Concrete and I formed a new company called Warm and Dry Basement Systems. The new name for the company shows that we are much more diverse than just a concrete construction company. My business is dedicated to basement and concrete repair, waterproofing, concrete construction, and foundation insulation. I really saw a need to showcase our existing home waterproofing and repair side of the business after seeing some of the sub-quality work that is being done out there. I have been in waterproofing and foundation repair work for over 30 years.
