As the leader of the Information Security department, I am responsible for leading the Red Team, GRC, and Access Management teams, managing a group of over 30 professionals. In my role, I developed and executed the strategic plan for the information security area, aligning security initiatives with the company's business objectives.My management included careful administration of CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring the efficient use of financial resources within the security department. I worked as an Information Security Tech Lead, leading the access management team at the Ultra group, composed of approximately 12 professionals. The access area is centralized and serves all the companies in the group, where I was responsible for creating access provisioning processes and implementing identity and privileged access management technologies.My responsibilities included the administration and leadership of various technologies and areas, such as the acquisition and implementation of new technologies, ensuring SLA compliance, SOX audits, security tuning in cloud and on-premise environments, and applying information security policies. I worked as a Technical Support Analyst at the São Paulo State Court of Justice, providing services in the Hely Lopes, João Mendes, and Palácio da Justiça courthouses. I worked as a Systems Consultant, providing Windows server administration services for various companies. In addition, I developed custom web systems for small entrepreneurs, helping them digitize and optimize their business processes.

I contributed as a Web Developer (front end) in the development of the portal and e-commerce for a publishing company, using PHP as the main programming language. My role included database integration, enabling efficient and automated book publishing and management.
