• Tiger Contracting - Projects Document Controller
• Managed the documentation process across multiple construction projects in Dubai at various stages (mobilization, execution, completion, testing & commissioning, handing over).
• Set up and developed the filing system for the project team to easily access project files over a shared network.
• Reporting to the Project Director, relayed project details to the site team, consultants, and third parties while maintaining strict confidentiality towards sensitive and critical information.
• Was the point of contact/reception at the site, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, and Accounts teams, as well as vendors in order to ensure the timely arrival of deliverables.
• Performed supporting roles in various functions, ranging from, but not limited to: Engineering; Project Management; IT; Human Resources.

Offshore Palawan

• Immersed in a 50-day rotation on a production platform at offshore Palawan, learning about the day-to-day activities of the platform crew in their respective departments (Production, HSE, Admin).
• Prepared a detailed risk assessment on the rehabilitation of one of the defunct platforms in the field.
• Handed over a compilation of notes and calculations during the internship to serve as a guide for future on-the-job trainees.
• Was trained by HSE team in basic fire safety, first aid, and helicopter landing operations for crew change.
• Was trained by Production and Admin team in basic radio communication, volumetric sounding, and use of pneumatic tools.
