About Jean-Philippe Deby

My main goal is to improve Genetec's organisational skills to help large organisation implement our solutions across multiple regions. This involves setting internal processes and policies to foster strong cooperation across regions, create tools and methods for internal communication and for customer management, and collaborate with the regions and our marketing communication in the creation and promotion of Genetec Key Multinational brand. I have worked for 17 years in the development of programs for regulated industries, safe city initiative and the launch of Genetec's cloud offering for Europe. I also managed the Genetec sales team in Western Europe and supervised the development of Genetec’s channel partner program for EMEA. Before Genetec, I had various sales and marketing roles with distributors, system integrators and manufacturers of IP network infrastructure solutions.
