As Product Owner for the Insolvency Domain at DPA (Digital Platform for Attorneys), I lead the development and management of two key platforms: DPA-RegSol and DPA-JustRestart.DPA-RegSol is the centralized digital platform for managing insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings. It allows legal professionals such as trustees, judges, and registrars to manage all aspects of bankruptcy cases electronically, including filings, communications, and settlement proceedings. This platform supports compliance with Belgian bankruptcy law and streamlines the entire process from declaration to resolution, reducing administrative burdens and improving efficiency for all stakeholders involved in insolvency cases​.DPA-JustRestart, launched in November 2023, focuses on collective debt settlement. It provides a centralized system for handling debt recovery, allowing both public and private users (such as creditors, debt mediators, and courts) to submit claims, communicate, and track case progress. My role involves ensuring that these platforms meet the needs of the legal community, improve user experience, and comply with legal requirements while enhancing operational efficiency for insolvency procedures​.In this role, I work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize development, gather user feedback, and deliver innovative features that support Belgium's legal ecosystem in handling insolvency cases digitally.
