Admitted to practice in California, New York, Texas, and Washington, JP leads the firm’s employment law practice, which handles employment, trade secrets, and employee mobility litigation, as well as advice and counseling on behalf of employees and employers. John-Paul has significant experience representing C-level and VP-level executives, as well as healthcare professionals, in negotiating their employment agreements and exit packages, and advising them on their rights and duties in investigations and employment-related disciplinary actions, in cases involving wrongful termination and harassment, as well as in disputes related to their compensation and ownership interests.

Counseled employers with regard to their obligations under state and federal employment laws and drafted employment-related agreements and policies.
