Focus areas included customer-driven technology innovation, infrastructure & software implementation projects, data security, new medical practice development & acquired medical practice integration, hardware deployment, remote connectivity solutions, defining IT policies & procedures, communications, managing physician relationships, and medical staff retention through enhanced IT services for all patient care providers.
