(e.g. Tanks, Pumps, etc.)• Develop monitoring file for the Preventive Maintenance Work Orders to track all the PM works that completed on all Terminals on PH have a corresponding inspection report.• Uploads inspection reports of Preventive Maintenance to Hexagon for compliance on DGAME Panel Monitoring.

• Develop work plans Method Statement involving activity sequences, task relationship, duration, and resources for turnaround/shutdown work for both static, rotating and instrument/electrical equipment. • Carry out on-site visits to determine accurately the scope of work to be executed. • Familiarize work scope to ensure quality and accuracy of the plan covering the full scope of operations, maintenance and accommodating safety requirements. • Coordinate with the proponent to ensure all work scope are clear and concise. • Generate work methodology for Non-Routine critical activities and coordinate with HSE to ensure all safety requirements are being met. • Prepare material take-off (MTO) based on applicable procedure and specifications. • Create permit to work (PTW) in every scope and guarantee strict implementation of PTW rules in the work location. • Prepare engineering drawings as may be required by the client and/or other disciplines to request to come up with a workable structure of plans. • Prepare Lifting Plan for crane lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient lifting.• Work closely with Turnaround/Shutdown operations coordinator during all aspects of the planning phase and assist them in preparation of isolation drawings, if necessary. • Responsible in tagging equipment blind points/test points/engineering points as per signed PIP for easier identification of execution team at the site. • Monitors and update the progress of execution during Pre-shutdown, Shutdown proper and Post-Shutdown. • Responsible for scope level punch listing to ensure all work scope are completed as per schedule. • Prepare work plan method statement for additional/discovery works during Shutdown proper.

Minimize work order backlog. Conduct walkthrough together with the PSPC planner to collect information that covers by the work order and identify the sequence of the job prior to creation of Method Statement and CES (Cost Estimation Sheet). Prepare corresponding Method statement & Cost Estimate Sheet of the Work Order as per client prioritization and submit to client for approval. Generate MTO/ bill of materials for Work Order to be submitted to Client for processing and delivery. Coordinate to HSSE for Rescue Plans; to QC for Inspections Test Package and Hydro-testingPackage. Conduct Risk Assessment/ Job Hazard Analysis. Permit creation of PTW(Permit To Work) on Permit Vision including readiness by expediting, routing for approval and assurance that required permit for each Work Order is available prior to execution. Close coordination and support to client for completion of documents required to facilitate safe execution of the work. (Including Job package, Process Isolation Plan, Derogation, Lifting plans etc.) Assist Field Supervision during implementation, including interface with other discipline, Client and other Contractor for smooth and continuous work execution. Field Walk-thru for familiarization Equipment/Tag location and scope especially for Turnaround/Shutdown activities. Monitor and update Schedule progress and raise any constraint/reason for delay or not executing activities as planned. Help ensure maximum safety requirement is being observed and followed. Attend coordination meeting in respective areas. Ensure Work Orders are being executed based on Cost Estimate Sheet budget man hours and provide justification for any increase or additional activities and man hours being used.
