• Maintain database, ensure all data is updated, accurately classified, and reviewed for quality assurance.
• Analyze, arrange, and systematize ledgers and directories for proper handling, retrieving and safekeeping of all contract documents and all its integral part.
• Develops and draft Engineering drawings for site plans, network configuration and design using computer-based drawing packages such as AutoCAD in compliance on Engineering standards and Shell DEP.
• Site verification to update the drawings.

• Develop work plans Method Statement involving activity sequences, task relationship, duration, and resources for turnaround/shutdown work for both static, rotating and instrument/electrical equipment.
• Carry out on-site visits to determine accurately the scope of work to be executed.
• Familiarize work scope to ensure quality and accuracy of the plan covering the full scope of operations, maintenance and accommodating safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the proponent to ensure all work scope are clear and concise.
• Generate work methodology for Non-Routine critical activities and coordinate with HSE to ensure all safety requirements are being met.
• Prepare material take-off (MTO) based on applicable procedure and specifications.
