The Head of Marketing has ownership of all customer-facing channels to support developing and existing client relationships across all offices. Takes the lead in defining project scope, and deliverables and ensures timely completion of all projects. Leads global team of designers, copywriters, programmers, and animators in the overall marketing strategy.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for keeping all projects on track by working under the direction of the Partner to maintain communication and clear direction while managing all team members. Scheduling, coordinating project efforts, resourcing and hours tracking are all key to exceeding client expectations. The Senior Project Manager understands the creative development process in all its forms and is supporting the creative process and internal team along the entirety of a project's lifecycle to ensure its success.

In his new role, Jean-Pierre takes a more active role in program management by working with other program managers in developing his projects. He is influential from inception of these projects to their multiple global showcases (including China, Singapore, France, Canada). He works more hand in hand with other TM Forum departments from Marketing, IT, Sales and Program Directors. He now leads his own collaborative taskforce to ensure that the Catalyst Projects meet their goals/targets and are properly prepared and coached throughout the entire process. Along with these new responsibilities, he now also manages different revenue targets and works with both staff and members to achieve these goals.

The Catalyst Program is TM Forum's unique and distinguished demonstration program, where Members collaborate on multi-vendor demos based on our suite of best practices and standards. In this role, Jean-Pierre manages all aspects of Catalyst Program including program strategy, project management, member relations and revenue budgets. These projects feature "collaboration" between competing companies, so he manages complex member relations situations and encourage competitors to collaborate on industry standards. This is a cross-functional position with daily interactions with technical leads, marketing, event operations and customer support.In the time that he has worked in this position, he has raised the total annual revenue in his Program by over 100% and doubled the number of projects. He has also taken the projects to many global conferences, assisting in their setup, travel, and logistics- as well as managing them on site.

I act as a liaison between the Marketing Department and the faculty/students on campuses nationwide. I also produce and curate social media content for our different accounts. I am creating a website focusing on professional development for higher education English professors and adjuncts. I also help our online technology customers to transition into an updated an enhanced platform. I attend national conferences focusing on English professors and their teaching practices. I have created Twitter handles and numerous Facebook pages along with YouTube channels that all showcase our product through these social media channels. I also edit videos and audio file with multiple programs and am very comfortable with WordPress.

I created and assembled marketing materials to be sent to the reps for their local events or for national ones. I also wrote back cover copy for some of our handbook titles and created flyers for our specific forth-coming titles.

I tended to the phones, made appointments to see houses and managed the online portion of the listings. The latter included setting up individual profiles for the houses/condos and making sure that information was accurate and easily understood.
