• Executed the full software sales process: cold outreach to Fortune 500 companies to book new business meetings, designed and executed customized demonstrations of the SaaS for prospects, and negotiated multi-year contracts.• Represented Digimind and scouted for new business at trade shows and marketing conferences.• Implemented social intelligence solutions for enterprise companies in North America.• As a product consultant, exhibited software expertise across all Digimind solutions, including the core social listening application, social media analytics, influencer identification, and report creation.• Shared thought leadership on tools, methodologies, and best practices in the social data space, including input on roadmap features, customer feedback, and new product releases.

• One of ten Grantees selected from the United States for the US State Department Fulbright Fellowship. This fellowship was divided in two: the completion of an internship (at EY) as well as the completion of MBA studies. The responsibilities for the internship are found here:• Performed preventative and reactive due diligence background investigations. Managed company information databases, as well as legal information about Mexico and the world to provide a detailed report of the investigation.• Analyzed the policies, procedures and documentation of financial and non-financial entities to diagnose their level of compliance with current legal regulations on the prevention of money laundering. Performed extensive research and data collection for background checks and due diligence reports.• Supported EY employees in the US in the translation and interpretation official documentation in Spanish. As the sole non-Mexican employee in the EY Mexico office, further assisted the EY Mexico team with the review of written and spoken communication in English.Collaborate with business partners for sales presentations, customized client-specific pitches, and performance analyses.• Utilize customer-specific Business Intelligence Systems to analyze sales and consumer data to validate and identify real or potential opportunities and challenges. • Worked on an 8-person management team which oversaw more than 400 employees; supported the staff strategically to overcome the predicted sales totaling more than $85 million in 2013.• Responsibilities included interviewing and hiring, developing and implementing strategies to maximize service levels, and the preparation of training plans for low-performance employees.• Responsible for logistical processes, such as managing payroll, analyzing financial reports to ensure compliance goals were met, and implementing plans to improve logistical operations.
