My team succeeded in transitioning our personnel from one organizational model to another, while greatly improving training quality, resulting in a high 'Level of Knowledge' of our sailors. We increased the efficiency of qualification completion, causing rapid qualification completion when compared to the previous organizational model. Having reported to an active forward deployed submarine, I have elevated to a general supervisory role for all aspects of operations and maintenance. Administratively, I have been responsible for Quality Assurance for high energy and seawater systems, general management for the maintenance of both engineering and non-engineering electrical systems, and the direct planning of the ship's day-to-day operations, coordination of multi-unit exercises, and general future schedule.
