As our store CDT, I am responsible for employee files and training. I lead new hire orientations, filling out paperwork and introducing the new team member to the store. I also create and organize TM files and oversee training, promoting company policies and educating all TMs on the Three G's.

I am trained in various positions and use my knowledge and skills to help our team achieve success. Regardless of my scheduled position, I often move around throughout my shifts, assisting where ever necessary.I currently work as an ordertaker. As the first impression of our restaurant, I greet guests at the menu to welcome them, promote current specials, and answer any questions. I then take orders, always offering upgrades and add-ons to raise ticket averages. I then cash out tickets, handling all received cash and non-cash tenders responsibly, and make sure to give directions to all guests.I also work as a server, the next big impression for guests. I'm watchful for new tables for quick pick ups. I greet the guests and introduce myself then verify the tickets, reinforcing the chosen meals. I proceed to serve our guests, following the 5 steps in a timely manner, and invite guests back to see me again.

As a data transcriber, my job was to correctly transfer specific information from tax returns to the IRS system using the ISRP program. I had to recognize and acknowledge all edited codes on each return and transcribe accordingly. We were rated individually according to typing speed and accuracy so I was quick to build the necessary skill to finish all my batches promptly and accurately.
