Native is a nightlife guide, which operates through an app and website. It’s the most comprehensive nightlife guide, and the first of its kind mixing university events with gigs and club nights happening throughout a city.Joined start-up business, Native in August 2016 for five months as part of their business development team to help the business grow in Bristol. The app and website show a full comprehensive event guide for the city, giving users the opportunity to get drink deals, guest-lists, and tickets. Helping to grow a business from the ground up allowed me to gain valuable experience in a start-up environment.Roles & Responsibilities:• Responsible for managing commercial relationships with key stakeholders• Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistently high level of service delivery, whilst at the same time constantly striving to identify new business opportunities• Providing detailed information and reports to the directors of the company as and when required• Assisting with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensuring that these are fully adhered to• Overseeing the development of marketing literature• As well as being the ‘face’ of Native in Bristol by networking regularly and through client relations. I was involved with the planning, management and execution of online and offline activities, editorial and content programming, data analysis and reporting competitors’ analysis. I managed the team that was responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the ingestion of raw music and media assets for the business’ flagship music offering in 31 markets. I was part of the Content Operations team which managed the record label account management and digital music conversion for the service.
