As a Federal employee to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), I server as a Computer Scientist - level 2 support for the test project called FNS (Federal NOTAM System) as part of the SLE level Test Team. Notice to Air Mission (NOTAM) are messages that are disseminated to flight crews of every aircraft in the U.S. The NOTAM system is a computer network run by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) that provides real-time updates to crews about situations relating to weather, infrastructure, ground conditions or anything else that may affect the safety of flight.• I support the FNS team by reviewing multiple test materials and documentation to create detailed test procedures following the system requirements. My duties also include but not limited to DT (Development Testing) and OT (Operational testing) along with Dry Running on the System Test environment, while testing multiple test cases against (2.20, R1, and R2) Releases. I create daily lab logs when needed, I also review, and create a variety of FNS test cases and update them to KSN accordingly.

I serve as a System Test Engineer on a test project called Time Based Flow Management (TBFM) for the SLE Test Team. TBFM calculates en route arrival schedules to major adapted airports and schedules for Enroute departures and over flights. TBFM calculates Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) for aircraft, and then applies airport and airspace constraints input by Traffic Managers to compute Scheduled Times of Arrival (STAs). I support Lockheed Martin and take part in various test activities that include but not limited to reviewing and providing technical feedback on regression procedures, Test Plans, Test Procedures and Test Reports. My duties also consist of evaluating test materials and documentation to develop detailed test procedures in accordance to system requirements and testing new TBFM releases on the following TBFM and ERAM systems. I also support all phases of the TBFM testing lifecycle; appropriate standards, processes, procedures, tools, requirement definition/analysis, decomposition, traceability, system test and maintenance.
