Working on the Global Authoring Team responsible for authoring Global and Regional content in Sitecore.

Worked within the Creative Services Group to launch the new UmpquaBank.com website.Migrated/added over 600 pages of site content into their new EpiServer CMS. Set up roles and permissions in Episerver for different authoring groups, and provided training and documentation to ensure their success. Worked with the both the Product and Project Managers to establish work processes through Wrike for adding and updating new content to the site. Collaborated with writers and editors to apply a consistent brand voice across all site content.

Helped clients with all stages of Content Migration, from early planning through the final stages of implementation and administration. Provided "delta training" and documentation for clients on how to use the customized features and templates built for their CMS solution. Led content entry and maintenance efforts on internal and client web properties using a content management system; aligning strategies with tools and best practices to build efficiencies into the authoring process and ensure success.Administered our SalesForce instance, specifically: user accounts, reports, views, field and layout edits, and integration and maintenance of apps from the SalesForce AppExchange. Supported the internal Sales and Marketing team on lead generation campaigns/efforts using SalesForce, ExactTarget (SalesForce Marketing Cloud), HubSpot and GoToWebinar/Meeting.

Continued to provide Drupal training and support for school administrative staff from within the marketing department. Managed site content. Executed email marketing campaigns in ExactTarget using imported lists and lists generated from existing leads in SalesForce.
