Manages the function for the distribution warehouse. Overseas all of the work of the warehouse employees and responsible for receiving, unloading, inspecting, picking, packing and shipping of products. Assesses data related to worker productivity and inventory. Implements policies and procedures meant to improve performance. Direct and negotiate all rates and logistics operations.

Establishing client relationship to review and understand their goals and concerns. In depth financial and content analysis to create a plan with appropriate strategies, products and services. Develop and maintain a base of clients who value your input and guidance. Work with clients to keep their financial plans current and aligned with their goals and philosophies.

Responsible for the safety, quality and productivity of the mill complex. Manages the activities of mill employees, including the production supervisors and hourly employees, to achieve the company's goals and objectives. Superintendent is also responsible for assisting sales and the mill manager to ensure that the facility meets expectations for inventory control, operating rates and facility financial performance. The superintendent leads by proactively resolving employee issues, building teamwork, and ensuring adherence to all applicable policies and procedures.
