Represent Greene County in criminal prosecutions for more than four and one-half years. I was engaged at all levels of criminal prosecutions, from initial charging decisions through trials and appellate practice. I tried 30 jury trials to verdict, along with ten non-jury trials, in criminal matters including First-Degree Murder, Rape of a Child, Aggravated.

I concentrate my practice on representation and counsel of victims of domestic violence. This includes interviewing, counseling, and advising clients in child custody, child and spousal support, divorce, and protection from abuse actions. I have also spent considerable time before the Washington and Fayette County courts litigating protection from abuse.
