As a senior digital project manager for NSW National Parks, I led the concurrent delivery of several digital projects in a multi-million dollar marketing campaign. This project was particularly challenging due to the significant change in the marketing strategy and the dispersal of stakeholders across the state of NSW. These challenges were negotiated successfully and I led many aspects of NSW National Parks most successful marketing campaign to date.
