As a senior digital project manager for NSW National Parks, I led the concurrent delivery of several digital projects in a multi-million dollar marketing campaign. This project was particularly challenging due to the significant change in the marketing strategy and the dispersal of stakeholders across the state of NSW. These challenges were negotiated successfully and I led many aspects of NSW National Parks most successful marketing campaign to date. My responsibilities in this role included:• Stakeholder management (over 20 stakeholders including operations, marketing, customer service, asset managers etc)• Managing the tender process and delivery of digital projects eg. NSW National Parks new blog site. (Launched with 0.5 million page views in 12 months & Shortlisted for Best Website | Mumbrella Travel Marketing Awards 2017)• Creating the EDM strategy and managing the internal delivery of the project. (53% Open Rate, 55% Click Rate)• Delivered the campaign social advertising strategy.• Managing the external agency and their deliverables. (Creative production for OOH & Display ads, blog site design & build, initial email nurture)• Implemented and executed robust content production and governance framework.• Designed and built the analytics dashboard to report and feedback into the campaign. (using Supermetrics and Datastudio)
