Headed the research, pilot program and implementation of new web based administrative tools reducing the usage of paper and cutting the approval processes times for the company by 40%.

General Construction Director in charge of scheduling, cost controls, design-construction integration and financial projections for project execution. Involved in pre-development phases in the areas of feasibility studies, investor relations and financial projections of hard costs. Lead the planning, budgeting and scheduling of one 35 story and one 28 story residential building. Successfully proposed and implemented a new web based construction cost control program for the company helping to centralize inventory controls, reduce dependency on paper for procurement purposes and decrease reporting times.
