As Managing Director, I oversee all aspects of the firm’s projects as well as managing the company and its mission as a business. Currently leading the ISO 9001:2015, 140001:2015, 45001:2018 and 18001:2007 certification processes. Have spearheaded the expansion of the firm through the creation of the public projects division and the acquisition of new complex construction projects in the areas of hospitality and high-rise construction. Experience taking projects from inicial inception through feasibility studies, pre-construction, design coordination, construction and full commissioning. Successfully completed more than 150.000 square meters of construction in industrial park, residential (676 units), education and beach front hotel projects in past 5 years. Part of the real estate development team for Aedificium’s parent company.

General Project Manager responsible for all aspects of project execution. Head of the technical division of the company reporting directly to CEO and board of directors. Achieved the completion of two 30 story buildings and one 30-hectare subdivisions summing up to 126 residential units and 29.000 square meters of construction. Coordinated the planning, design and construction processes for the company. Headed the research, pilot program and implementation of new web based administrative tools reducing the usage of paper and cutting the approval processes times for the company by 40%.

General Construction Director in charge of scheduling, cost controls, design-construction integration and financial projections for project execution. Involved in pre-development phases in the areas of feasibility studies, investor relations and financial projections of hard costs. Lead the planning, budgeting and scheduling of one 35 story and one 28 story residential building. Successfully proposed and implemented a new web based construction cost control program for the company helping to centralize inventory controls, reduce dependency on paper for procurement purposes and decrease reporting times.

Responsible for the coordination, analysis and solutions for costs and scheduling issues for projects summing 20.000 square meters in construction. Headed team of 3 cost control engineers in the general auditing of all scheduling, costs and administrative processes of the firm’s active construction projects.

Civil Engineer in charge of site planning design. Responsible for earth work calculations, drainage design, pond design and all aspects of site planning for construction documents elaboration.
