Management & coordination of temporal staff for the BCN1 Fulfillment Center (Amazon)- Daily reports of BCN1 headcounts & attendance- Onboarding for new workers (Salesforce platform)- Weekly evaluation regarding worker’s performance, contracts, call-outs and sanctions- Weekly meetings with operational departments to assess workers and possible promotions and terminations- Monthly interviews with workers to improve their day-to-day- Audit the arrangements and documentation of the contracts carried by agencies, and the candidate’s selection processes- Collaboration with Amazon’s WFS in Spain- Creation and standardization of HR/WFS processes
