My role involves overseeing the commercial, marketing, and customer service teams to provide the best seed technology solutions for their needs. Together, we will expand Germains’ portfolio of products and services within EMEA and maximize nature’s potential.

The Data & Technology department plays a key role for the activities in the area of data capture, data storage and data output in various formats, this is all done in a centralized CRM platform. The services we provide are integrations with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Websites. The data storage services consist of combining multiple platform data into one consumer record. The output services deliver (management) Dashboards, automated Reports combining Ad server data which social and display data (e.g. Facebook, Google Adwords, Google Analytics data). Also email marketing services and selection output for (re)targeting on Social platforms, such as Facebook Custom Audience. We provide these services, amongst other, for Unilever Netherlands and Belgium.The Social Advertising department includes Facebook-, Instagram- , Twitter- and Linkedin Advertising services. We provide these as full services which include Advertising bidding strategy, execution, optimization, reporting and analyzing. Beside these core services we advice our customers on how to use these social media channels in the optimal media mix to obtain the best performance. We provide these services for the top NL companies such as Unilever (Food and non-Food), Kimberly Clark, Volvo, Nike, Ford, Holland Casino etc.The combination of these disciplines result in a transparent processes where data and insights are the linking pin.
