Implemented an efficient and profitable movie films, video tapes and photos scanning service aimed to private customers and institutions. Developed numerous technology partnerships with swiss universities and research institutes. Extended the reseller network and implemented the IT backend to manage orders from their reception in the shops, to the lab, and back to the customer. Manages a team of 10 people.

Implemented the IEEE-1394 (aka FireWire) bus on various embedded systems based on Texas Instruments DSP and ARM CPUs. The software driver was developed in plain C code and the Physical Layer Controller could be ported to the Linux 1394 subsystem to use the bus on embedded Linux devices.Developed a FaceTracker Qt/C++ application based on IDIAP's face recognition technology.

Developed a multi-channel high-speed acquisition and processing DSP system to measure ocular blood flow using the Doppler frequency shift of a laser beam focused on blood vessel in the retina. Published in SPIE 4156, 318 (2001).

Developed an Qt/C++ application to record, plot and analyze ocular blood flow data captured by a Laser Doppler Analyzer in the ocular fundus.
