In this role, I was Recruited to join the environmental services sector due to geoscience and data management expertise. I was responsible for acquiring new 3D seismic surveys, managing the processing and all geoscience interpretation in a small company.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬IMPACTS & ACHIEVEMENTS► Identified prospective areas for Mowry and Muddy development by quality controlling logs, picking tops, and mapping log properties from 3,000+ wells. ► Predicted production parameters from log properties and ranked Muddy recompletion opportunities in existing wellbores by writing code to test linear, decision tree, and neural net-based regression models. ► Guided an oil & gas exploration and development project in Powder River Basin, Wyoming, via seismic data acquisition, processing, and interpretation while managing a log and production database. ► Wrote scripts to generate log attributes for mapping and predict production using machine learning algorithms.► Interpreted four new and seven purchased 3D seismic surveys. ► Tied 400+ wells and created structural surfaces for input into reservoir models.

I was responsible for 3D seismic survey analysis to improve geologic understanding and reservoir characterization. In this role, I integrated seismic processing projects for ION Geophysical’s Rocky Mountain / Rockies assets. I supported Cimarex’s geophysical applications team for onshore Gulf of Mexico seismic prospects.
