Servicing the Virginia tri-state area as a large distributor of COMPAC Quartz as well as a supplier of over 300 different types of natural stone materials for the Richmond, Fredericksburg, Northern VA, & DC territories.

• Utilized various accounting software like Intuit QuickBooks, Sage, Vista and the credit card management platform, First Data 360Control, to translate incoming data for the commercial client’s accounting department.• Programmed a seamless product for each client that imports GL Codes and credit card transaction data, translates into a new file, and exports to merge the format of the bank’s credit card platform to integrate spending and credit card access data into one unified point of view, regardless of the client’s accounting software of choice for import.• Approved client user’s administrative access to confidential information by allocating individual job positions to specific point of view hierarchies. Additionally, managed cardholder’s permission to purchase at certain vendors on the basis of the individual’s specific department, their current geographic location, & their given spend limit.

Partnered alongside alumni advisors and other interns to provide fresh perspectives and solutions on a variety of issues. Job tasks included performing extensive market research, applying software package recommendations to facilitate increased efficiency, and researching, analyzing, and forecasting economic data using various resources. (FRED, R Studio, Yahoo Finance, etc.)

Worked collectively with other groundskeepers and staff to prepare and maintain two golf courses out of the Richmond, VA area. Was responsible for cutting greens, grooming bunkers, and other daily preparation duties every morning starting at 5:30am.
