Sr. Recruiter/Account Manager
• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech/healthcare and food & beverage sectors, working directly with hiring managers and third-party staffing partners throughout recruiting process to set expectations, create/edit job descriptions, present candidates, arrange interviews and manage hiring • Recruit for wide variety of permanent and to-hire positions including Chemists, Biologists, Senior Scientists, Quality Engineers, Process Development Engineers, Facility Engineers, Supply Chain Analysts, Laboratory/Research Managers, Regulatory Affairs Specialists, Quality Assurance Leads, Business Development/Sales Representatives, Executive/Administrative Assistants, etc.• Manage and oversee high-volume recruitment for light industrial contract/to-hire positions such as Manufacturing Technicians & Operators, Compounders/Blenders, Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, Packers & Packaging Operators, Pilot Plant Technicians, Forklift Operators/Material Handlers, etc. • Cross-sell and collect leads for Astrix Technology Group Staffing and Technical Services divisions (Laboratory Information Management System “LIMS” implementation and software development services)• Identify, vet and escalate business leads through candidate screening and personal networking, LinkedIn and Bullhorn• Meet with direct clients to ensure satisfaction and prospect for business needs; attend meetings with current and prospective clients to identify & fill business needs with specialized staffing services• Manage candidate and client information utilizing Excel to calculate Gross Profit estimations based on client bill rate, candidate cost, tax and employee benefit burden • Prepare new-hire documentation including offer letters, operative schedules etc. in DocuSign, schedule background checks in Justifacts, and manage contractors’ work hours in Bullhorn Back Office
