These two achievements improved the measurement of the sources of sales variation, which enabled better visibility for these variables on time, accurately and without additional resources. With this improvement we were able to enhance our pricing strategy in Mexico vegetables by 10%.• Designed the Pricing and Gross Profit Simulation Tool (PGP Tool). Led and supervised the offshore supplier in charge of programming and executing the tool. This tool allowed to anticipate in 10% the time to get the first view of Forecast at Gross Profit level, which enabled the possibility of adjusting the sales and supply plans of the territory.• Led the planning and forecasting team in the calculation and correct execution of financial adjustments on our monthly sales plan process for seeds, with the goal of ensuring that the Sales and Gross Profit forecasts were aligned with the year targets. This reduced to zero the errors on the forecast transmission and reduced by 25% the time of the transmission on the last 6 months.• Successfully covered the position of Finance Business Partner for Central America and the Caribbean, in charge of advising the Commercial Unit Head in the financial decisions. Additionally, designed and created a process and tool for the measurement of pricing in all business units from our region. These two tools allowed better visibility on the sales and income tax impact on our business decisions and allowed our business units to have sharper strategies and results.• Redesigned the process of forecasting and calculation of FBCSI (direct responsibility to IRS). This process simplification led to better visibility of the business impact of this tax component, reduced in 75% the invested time on review with the business units and all maintaining the data quality on delivery to IRS. -
