Led and supervised the offshore supplier in charge of programming and executing the tool. This tool allowed to anticipate in 10% the time to get the first view of Forecast at Gross Profit level, which enabled the possibility of adjusting the sales and supply plans of the territory.• Led the planning and forecasting team in the calculation and correct execution of financial adjustments on our monthly sales plan process for seeds, with the goal of ensuring that the Sales and Gross Profit forecasts were aligned with the year targets. This reduced to zero the errors on the forecast transmission and reduced by 25% the time of the transmission on the last 6 months.• Successfully covered the position of Finance Business Partner for Central America and the Caribbean, in charge of advising the Commercial Unit Head in the financial decisions.
