Starting at PwC and now independently, JP designs and delivers workshops focusing on key communication skills. He has worked with younger individuals in academia all the way up through business executives. He focuses on workshops to do with public speaking, presenting, collaboration, listening and impactful interactions - blending his unique experience of Management Consulting, Theatre, and Improv Comedy. He does so as part of his company Voxfox Communications Consulting and Maynard Leigh Associates, and continues to do that in a freelance capacity on his consulting engagements.Prior to Communications Consulting, JP spent the bulk of his management consulting career in client-facing roles – specializing in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Negotiations and Change Management. Process and bottom-line focused through range of RFPs, incumbent renegotiations, strategic contract vendor and SKU analysis, across both direct and indirect categories. Clients ranged across Private Equity, PE portfolio companies, Fortune 50 Healthcare, Public Procurement functions, Global Building Materials Manufacturers, Chemical Manufacturers, Fortune 50 Life Sciences, Fortune 50 Autoparts Retailers, and Mid-Size Fruit Confectioners.JP obtained his APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) designation, his MFA in Professional Acting from LAMDA, and is an alumnus of several notable Chicago-based improv theatres.
