I started my own miniature business at the end of 2021. Through Studio Perceval, I managed to design and sculpt miniatures, many of which sold on My Mini Factory as .STL files. I also printed minis with my own printers for customers who ordered them through my website and wanted them shipped.My role as a business owner and sculptor required me to find a balance between what customers wanted and what I wanted to produce. This prompted me to learn how to design from scratch in order to produce properly printed minis that customers wanted.

Customer Service Rep : Sales and after sales specialist. Agent coach with side by side assistance of new hires. Development and support for bilingual agents. Customer support for the online customer center, howto’s and general customer education of Vidéotron products.Interim Manager: Replacing team managers and continuous agent support. General customer complaints and compensations management. Complete various tasks that team managers need support with. Filing reports through internal tools while keeping an eye on the coming’s and going’s of the call center environment and ethical standards.

I primarily worked as a Photo Editor. I worked on photos and fixed mistakes that had occurred during production. I have worked for weddings, products, fashion, magazines, e-comm and many more subjects.

I would take calls concerning customer invoices and sales.

Occupying the role as a concept artist, I designed creatures and characters.
