Created a strong business case for producing a product. Defined necessary technology innovations and began advanced development on that product.Identified market growth in new POE testing, then defined a business case for a new product. The BC was approved, but resources were not available to execute. I found an outside development resource in Asia, evaluated their ability to develop the product, and worked through a number of financial models and technical issues to identify a working solution.
