And all pages are being printed in full colour.Job Description:Responsible for all production and maintenance activities in one of the Hyderabad unit where the circulation is about 230,000 per day.And looking after other 6 Branches in Telangana region on production and maintenance activities where each branch has circulation between 40000 and 60000 copies per day.Plans production operation, scheduling according to priority.Maintaining printing quality by maintaining density and matching Advertiser's proofing.Reporting to the Director-Operations and Dy.General Manager-Production & Maintenance daily.Handling Manpower of 70 in Hyderabad and 25 in each branch in the region. And recruiting Manpower when there is shortage by conducting interviews.Maintaining of production related records and documentation.Maintaining press operating speeds, press throughput, and productivity rates of the unit.Hand on experience on Manugraph's Hiline-45 and Cityline Express Web-offset printing machinery operating and maintenance (Preventive and breakdown maintenance). Having 2 Hiline-45 and 2 Cityline Express machinery and Each machine has 6 towers of 4x4, having capacity of printing 24 pages broadsheet size with Auto splicer, Manucolor Remote ink zone control and Quadtech Auto registration. And with Balloon former which allows to print and insert two sections at once.Conducting training classes on every new technology implementing.Conducting Production Review meeting monthly to improve production quality and timings.
