My role as the head coach to manage and coach my team. I handle everything from scheduling practices, sending out emails, running the practices, and calling the plays for our games. My team is a co-ed 7th-8th grade team. My goal is for everyone to learn the rules of the game, how to make decisive decisions, and to have fun.

Additionally, I assisted in the new product introduction of all different products by creating setup sheets, work instructions, and using our ERP system.
