I fully implemented an enterprise physical security system, cabled copper and fiber ethernet networks, and supported a wide variety of industrial equipment using emulation and adapters for legacy protocols and connections.I was the go to IT support person, and was given the sole responsibility of running IT operations at a medium sized facility. Tasks included PBX configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting Symantec backups, file server maintenance and administration, and much more.

Thanks to Circuit City, I made strides in prioritization, multitasking, and providing good customer service. Juggling hundreds of warranty repairs, it was an experience under pressure as even busy weekends were understaffed.I learned to listen to customers well and anticipate questions and training they may find valuable, and provide them with information they could use to improve security and reliability of their PCs.
