Managed the East & West Coast U.S. Hardware Depots and Lease Return Facility, including (2) direct reports and (4) support staff. Responsible for the procurement, end user support, inventory control, imaging, software deployment, distribution and reclamation of purchased/leased computers, including integral components. • Desktop Management: Managed PC Leasing Program, responsible for assets from procurement through end of life. Evaluated, approved, and secured pending user hardware requests.• Call Center Operations: As part of a (6) member management team, oversaw the IT Customer Support Service Desk. Supervised (4) direct reports within the Automatic Call Distribution system (ACD) including; ticketing, phone coverage, on-call support scheduling, and workload management.• IT Service Support: Managed a regional coverage team made up of (4) direct reports providing Level 1 & 2 support to end users operating under the Microsoft Server 2008 / Windows 7 / XP / Office 2010 environment.• Escalated Support: Provided direct level 3 support for sensitive/complex inquiries and service complaints.• Specialty Services: Supervised (4) ITCS Specialty Teams; Malware Identification & Remediation; Remote Access; New Employee Account Processing (Active Directory); and Software Deployment.
