I have comprehensive knowledge of WMD sampling for public safety as well as comprehensive knowledge of technical decontamination principles, administration and regulations as well as mass decontamination principles.

I responded to all forms of emergencies within Charles County, MD. I treated and transported all critical ill and injured persons either to the closest medical facility or trauma center. When on an emergency scene, I supervised all patient care activities and managed a team of career and volunteer EMS responders. I functioned as a Hazardous Materials Technicians for the county on the state region HazMat Response team. I would assist the team in training for HazMat incidents up to and including the use of weapons of mass destruction. I have also functioned as a tactical paramedic in the county in support of the Charles County Sheriff's Office. I would accompany the Sheriff’s deputies on raids of suspects homes and high risk warrants. I was also trained in urban combat tactics as well as victim rescue and recovery during active shooter scenarios.
